Start with what life feels like now

What happens when you first contact Neuregen?

We help people with uncertainty about starting somewhere new by explaining the evaluation and next steps so that they can arrive knowing what they want to discuss.

How we look at the whole picture

You may have told your story many times and be unsure whether another clinic will understand it.

You want to know what to bring, who you will speak with and whether this is a sensible next step.

You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. Start with what has changed and what you want to be able to do again.

The 7 Domains of Recovery™

Your symptoms may belong in the same conversation.

The seven domains give the team a shared way to look at your symptoms, daily function and circumstances. The starting point is your story, not a procedure you have to select.

Neuregen's proprietary 7 Domains of Recovery framework organizes that conversation around seven connected parts of your life and health. We consider all seven, then focus the evaluation on the questions your history raises.

Explore our clinical framework
  1. 1Brain function & neural networks

What has changed in your memory, concentration, balance or sensory tolerance?

  2. 2Autonomic & nervous system regulation

What happens when you stand, move, rest or encounter stress?

  3. 3Immune function & neuroinflammation

What immune history, reactions or symptoms need a closer look?

  4. 4Brain energy & metabolic health

What affects your energy through the day and after activity?

  5. 5Structure, stability & body-to-brain signals

How do pain, posture, movement and stability affect what you can do?

  6. 6Psychological flexibility & behavioral recovery

How are mood, stress and patterns of coping affecting your day?

  7. 7Life, relationships & environment

What demands, relationships and support shape your recovery?

A plan starts with the things you want to do again.

Bring prior reports if available and a short account of what has changed. The first conversation helps determine whether an evaluation fits and what information is still needed.

  1. 01

Tell us what you want your life to look like

We start with what has changed, what you have tried, and the activities you most want to return to.

  2. 02

Answer the questions the history leaves open

We review prior reports and select relevant assessments. You should understand what each assessment is meant to clarify.

  3. 03

Agree on the priorities and the first steps

We discuss the findings, possible approaches, costs and practical constraints. The plan sets an order that fits your situation.

  4. 04

Check what changes and adjust together

We compare your response with the starting point, including daily function. If something is not helping, we discuss what needs to change.

Only then do we discuss which therapies, if any, belong in your plan. The choice depends on the findings, the evidence, your preferences and how you respond.

Getting started

What to expect when you reach out

Neuregen does not sell treatments — it builds individualized recovery plans. The first step is a Strategy Consultation: a real clinical conversation to determine whether Neuregen is the right fit. The plan comes after assessment, not before.

Important to know

  • Neuregen is an out-of-network specialty clinic. Patients are responsible for fees at the time of service.
  • A Strategy Consultation determines candidacy before any treatment is recommended.
  • All treatment plans are set by our clinical team after a thorough medical review.

What to expect at Neuregen

Tell us what has changed in your daily life, what you have already tried and what you want help with. We discuss whether an evaluation is appropriate and what information would be useful to review. You can ask about the process, costs and next steps before making a decision.

Who Neuregen serves

Three modes of care

Neuregen works with patients at different stages of their clinical picture.

Active Prevention

High-risk factors identified — family history, early biomarker changes, early symptoms — before any diagnosis is established.

Reversal

An established diagnosis or dysfunction; the goal is measurable functional recovery across the relevant domains.

Optimization

Baseline function is adequate; the goal is performance, resilience, or brain-energy optimization beyond baseline.

The process

Six steps from consultation to recovery

Every Neuregen patient follows the same six-step process — the same sequence, regardless of condition or modality. No treatment is recommended before the baseline is established.

Strategy Consultation is a real clinical conversation, not a sales call.

We default to the simplest, lowest-risk intervention that can move a domain forward — and escalate to more advanced or interventional care only when the evidence and the patient's course support it.

    Step 1

    Strategy Consultation

An initial conversation focused on the presenting problem and its history — not a specific therapy. The goal is to understand what has been tried, where recovery has stalled, and what questions remain unanswered.

  2. Illustration of light passing through a prism beside a neural connection.

    Step 2

    Establish the Baseline

Domain-relevant assessment: standardized questionnaires, autonomic and functional testing, and relevant labs or imaging review, scoped to which of the 7 Domains the intake suggests are involved.

  3. Illustration of a magnifying lens examining a network of neural connections.

    Step 3

    Build the Treatment Strategy

The individualized, sequenced plan — which domains are targeted, in what order, starting from the simplest and lowest-risk tool that can move each domain forward.

  4. Illustration of a signal reaching a network of neural pathways.

    Step 4

    Treat

Deliver the plan, escalating to more advanced or interventional tools — SGB, ketamine, TPE, EBOO, regenerative injections — only where the evidence and the patient's course support it.

  5. Illustration of a neural signal passing through a sequence of measurement rings.

    Step 5

    Measure

Objective pre- and post-treatment measurement wherever possible. The same validated assessments used at baseline are re-administered so progress is documented rather than assumed.

  6. Illustration of branching neural connections illuminated in teal and gold.

    Step 6

    Adapt

Revise the plan based on measured response — not a fixed protocol followed regardless of outcome. Recovery is iterative, and the plan is built to move with it.

Assessment at Neuregen

More tests isn't more rigorous — the right tests are. Every assessment we order is chosen because it answers a specific question about your case, not because it's part of a standard package.

Baseline assessment is scoped to the domains the intake suggests are involved. The table below lists the primary intake tools by domain.

Your plan is built from what you tell us here. The intake questionnaire decides which domains are assessed, and the assessment decides what the plan targets.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the Strategy Consultation?

The Strategy Consultation is a focused clinical conversation — not a sales call — to understand your history and symptoms and to determine whether Neuregen is a clinical fit. The goal is to understand what has been tried, where recovery has stalled, and what questions remain unanswered. If Neuregen is a fit, we conduct a full medical review and build a personalized plan from there.

Do I need a referral to become a patient?

No referral is required. Patients may self-refer by scheduling the Strategy Consultation. Neuregen also accepts referrals from physicians and other clinicians.

Does Neuregen accept insurance?

Neuregen is an out-of-network specialty clinic. Patients are responsible for fees at the time of service.

How long does the baseline and strategy phase take?

The timeline depends on which domains are involved and what assessments are indicated. The Strategy Consultation is followed by a domain-relevant baseline assessment before any treatment is recommended. We set that timeline with each patient individually.

Can I become a patient if I live out of state?

Yes. Neuregen serves patients who travel to Scottsdale for care. Logistical details — including location, parking, and nearby accommodations — are available on the homepage.

Will my current doctors be kept in the loop?

Yes. Neuregen coordinates with your existing physicians where appropriate. We are a parallel clinical pathway, not a replacement for your current care.

Start with a Strategy Consultation
