Start with what life feels like now
Why can so many symptoms feel connected?
We help people with fatigue, dizziness or brain fog by examining the systems involved together so that they can work toward the activities they miss.
How we look at the whole picture
You used to run for miles. Now a short walk, a workday or a trip to the store can leave you exhausted.
You have seen different specialists, but you still need someone to explain how the pieces fit together.
You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. Start with what has changed and what you want to be able to do again.
In their own words
We understand your experience of Nervous System Dysregulation
People often describe it in their own words long before anyone gives it a name. If one of these sounds like you, you are in the right place.

“My brain fog, fatigue, dizziness, anxiety, and pain all seem connected.”

“Every specialist treats one piece — no one sees the whole picture.”

“I’ve tried everything and nothing has made a lasting difference.”

“I’ve been going too hard for too long, and now I’m suffering for it.”
Illustrative experiences, in the words people commonly use. The portraits are AI-generated and do not show patients.
The 7 Domains of Recovery™
Your symptoms may belong in the same conversation.
A racing heart, poor sleep, neck pain and trouble concentrating can affect the same day. The seven-domain approach asks how those problems interact, rather than assuming each belongs in a separate appointment.
Neuregen's proprietary 7 Domains of Recovery framework organizes that conversation around seven connected parts of your life and health. We consider all seven, then focus the evaluation on the questions your history raises.
Explore our clinical framework- 1Brain function & neural networks
What has changed in your memory, concentration, balance or sensory tolerance?
- 2Autonomic & nervous system regulation
What happens when you stand, move, rest or encounter stress?
- 3Immune function & neuroinflammation
What immune history, reactions or symptoms need a closer look?
- 4Brain energy & metabolic health
What affects your energy through the day and after activity?
- 5Structure, stability & body-to-brain signals
How do pain, posture, movement and stability affect what you can do?
- 6Psychological flexibility & behavioral recovery
How are mood, stress and patterns of coping affecting your day?
- 7Life, relationships & environment
What demands, relationships and support shape your recovery?
A plan starts with the things you want to do again.
Bring the story of what changed: what you could do before, what you can do now, and what happens afterward. We review that alongside your prior evaluations and choose assessments that answer the remaining questions.
01
Tell us what you want your life to look like
We start with what has changed, what you have tried, and the activities you most want to return to.
02
Answer the questions the history leaves open
We review prior reports and select relevant assessments. You should understand what each assessment is meant to clarify.
03
Agree on the priorities and the first steps
We discuss the findings, possible approaches, costs and practical constraints. The plan sets an order that fits your situation.
04
Check what changes and adjust together
We compare your response with the starting point, including daily function. If something is not helping, we discuss what needs to change.
Only then do we discuss which therapies, if any, belong in your plan. The choice depends on the findings, the evidence, your preferences and how you respond.

Nervous System Dysregulation
When the nervous system cannot find its footing across multiple systems

Conceptual artwork for the care discussion. Individual findings and treatment options require clinical evaluation.
What is happening in your nervous system
Nervous system dysregulation is not a single diagnosis — it is a theme shared by several conditions where multiple systems fail to regulate together. The nervous system cannot shift between stress and rest. The immune system may produce signals that impair brain function. Metabolism may not deliver the energy brain circuits need. Neuregen evaluates all seven domains — neural networks, autonomic regulation, immune function, brain energy, structure, psychological adaptation, and environment — to find which combination of barriers is specific to you.
Domains most involved:
Every plan starts from the same map: the 7 Domains of Recovery.
How it fits your plan
Evaluation across all seven domains identifies which barriers are most limiting recovery. We sequence interventions starting with the simplest, lowest-risk tools: rehabilitation, lifestyle restructuring, appropriate medication management, psychotherapy. We default to the simplest, lowest-risk intervention that can move a domain forward — and escalate to more advanced or interventional care only when the evidence and the patient’s course support it.
We review your history, explain the findings, agree on next steps and check how you respond.
Potential Therapies
We use established medicine where it works, and emerging medicine where it makes sense.
These are options to discuss after evaluation, not a predetermined treatment plan. Each label refers to the condition or indication described beside that therapy; evidence can differ for another use. An evidence label does not mean FDA approval.
- Neurorehabilitation & Functional NeurologyEvidence: Established
Core rehabilitation across all dysregulation presentations.
- Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB)Evidence: Preliminary
For autonomic-dominant presentations with sustained sympathetic overactivity.
- Ketamine-Assisted TherapyEvidence: Emerging
For selected psychological rigidity, craving, and treatment-resistant presentations.
- Psychotherapy & Behavioral RehabilitationEvidence: Established
Integrated into every program.
- Blood Rehabilitation (TPE + EBOO)Evidence: Investigational
For immune/inflammatory presentations; evidence level varies by indication.
Where the evidence stands
The multi-domain rehabilitation framework is well-established. Each therapy on this page carries its own evidence label for this condition.

Frequently asked questions
What does "nervous system dysregulation" mean?
It describes a state in which the nervous system, immune system, and metabolic systems are failing to coordinate properly. Rather than any single-organ failure, it reflects a breakdown in the regulatory systems that connect them — which is why patients often experience symptoms spanning multiple specialties.
What conditions fall under this hub at Neuregen?
Neuregen’s Nervous System Dysregulation hub includes alcohol use disorder and CNS recovery, mast cell activation syndrome, POTS and dysautonomia, Long COVID, trauma and emotional dysregulation, chronic fatigue, and related multi-system presentations. Named diagnosis hubs for MCAS, POTS, and Long COVID each have their own page. Flagship condition pages exist for AUD, the immune system and nervous system, and trauma and emotional recovery.
Is Neuregen an alternative to conventional medicine?
No. Neuregen is a parallel pathway — we ask different questions than a neurologist, psychiatrist, or endocrinologist, but we work alongside those specialties rather than against them. Neuregen’s job starts when other specialties leave off.
How do I know which condition or pathway applies to me?
A strategy consultation with our clinical team is the right starting point. After reviewing your history, we can identify which domains are most involved and whether Neuregen is a fit for your clinical picture.
Does Neuregen accept insurance?
Neuregen is an out-of-network specialty clinic. Patients are responsible for fees at the time of service. A strategy consultation is available before any commitment to a treatment plan.
