Start with what life feels like now

What standards should you expect before choosing care?

We help people with questions about whether another treatment is worthwhile by explaining evidence alongside individual findings so that they can weigh the options with realistic expectations.

How we look at the whole picture

A treatment may sound promising, but you want to know what has actually been studied and what remains uncertain.

You need room to ask about risks, alternatives and the possibility that an option will not help.

You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. Start with what has changed and what you want to be able to do again.

The 7 Domains of Recovery™

Your symptoms may belong in the same conversation.

The seven domains organize the assessment; they do not establish that a particular treatment will work. Each proposed option still needs its own evidence and suitability review.

Neuregen's proprietary 7 Domains of Recovery framework organizes that conversation around seven connected parts of your life and health. We consider all seven, then focus the evaluation on the questions your history raises.

Explore our clinical framework
  1. 1Brain function & neural networks

What has changed in your memory, concentration, balance or sensory tolerance?

  2. 2Autonomic & nervous system regulation

What happens when you stand, move, rest or encounter stress?

  3. 3Immune function & neuroinflammation

What immune history, reactions or symptoms need a closer look?

  4. 4Brain energy & metabolic health

What affects your energy through the day and after activity?

  5. 5Structure, stability & body-to-brain signals

How do pain, posture, movement and stability affect what you can do?

  6. 6Psychological flexibility & behavioral recovery

How are mood, stress and patterns of coping affecting your day?

  7. 7Life, relationships & environment

What demands, relationships and support shape your recovery?

A plan starts with the things you want to do again.

We begin with the problem you want help with. After reviewing the findings, we discuss the evidence, risks, alternatives and what would make us reconsider a recommendation.

  1. 01

Tell us what you want your life to look like

We start with what has changed, what you have tried, and the activities you most want to return to.

  2. 02

Answer the questions the history leaves open

We review prior reports and select relevant assessments. You should understand what each assessment is meant to clarify.

  3. 03

Agree on the priorities and the first steps

We discuss the findings, possible approaches, costs and practical constraints. The plan sets an order that fits your situation.

  4. 04

Check what changes and adjust together

We compare your response with the starting point, including daily function. If something is not helping, we discuss what needs to change.

Only then do we discuss which therapies, if any, belong in your plan. The choice depends on the findings, the evidence, your preferences and how you respond.

Clinical standards

Safety and clinical standards

Neuregen's clinical reasoning is built on a single rule: established medicine where it works, emerging medicine where it makes sense, rehabilitation throughout. Every decision is clinician-led, evidence-labeled, and made with informed consent.

How we practice

Clinician-led care

We review your history, current health and goals before setting a treatment plan. No treatment plan is released without clinician review.

Informed consent

Every treatment at Neuregen is offered with informed consent. For therapies labeled Emerging or Investigational, the evidence level is disclosed explicitly before any decision is made, and no outcome guarantees are made or implied.

Objective baseline and measurement

Neuregen establishes a domain-relevant baseline before treatment and re-measures using the same validated instruments after treatment. Progress is documented rather than assumed. Where pre/post measurement is not available, that limitation is stated clearly.

The escalation rule

We default to the simplest, lowest-risk intervention that can move a domain forward — and escalate to more advanced or interventional care only when the evidence and the patient's course support it. This is the rule behind every treatment decision at Neuregen.

Candidacy is determined at consultation, not online

Neuregen does not recommend specific treatments online or before a medical review. Who is and is not a candidate for any therapy is determined by our clinical team during the clinical consultation, based on a thorough review of the patient's history, current health status, and goals.

Coordination with your existing clinicians

Neuregen is a parallel clinical pathway — not a replacement for your current care. We coordinate with your referring and treating physicians where appropriate, share baseline and outcome data with your team, and default to conventional care where it is the right answer.

Evidence labeling

Our five-level scale distinguishes strong, moderate, emerging, preliminary and investigational evidence. Each rating applies to a specific indication, with uncertainty and limitations stated plainly.

Evidence labels help you compare what is known, what remains uncertain and what questions to ask. Our team discusses potential benefits, risks and alternatives before you decide whether a treatment belongs in your plan.

Research and evidence — the full evidence table

A parallel pathway, not an anti-conventional one

Neuregen provides an independent specialty pathway for patients whose conditions span traditional specialties or whose recovery has stalled within conventional care. Independence gives agility to evaluate and thoughtfully integrate emerging approaches — while applying medical screening, evidence review, informed consent, and outcome measurement at every step.

Neuregen is not competing with your neurologist, psychiatrist, or primary care physician. It asks a different question: across the seven systems that have to work together for you to actually recover, what is still blocking recovery, and in what order should we address it? Sometimes the answer is more of what your specialist is already doing, sequenced differently. Sometimes it is something they do not typically offer.

Start with a Strategy Consultation

A real clinical conversation, not a sales call. We review your history, answer your questions, and discuss with you whether Neuregen is the right fit.
