We help people with care split across separate appointments by bringing clinical perspectives into one shared evaluation so that they can pursue a plan that makes sense as a whole.

A cross-trained team
Cross-trained clinicians, one coordinated plan
Complex recovery rarely stays inside one specialty, so our clinicians train across them. Between us we bring neurological rehabilitation, integrative psychiatry, anesthesiology, chiropractic and family medicine, physical therapy and cardiovascular nursing to the same plan.
Because each of us understands how the other parts of your care work, the people building your plan can see how the pieces connect: how sleep, stress and pain affect rehabilitation, or how a procedure fits alongside psychiatric care. Each practitioner contributes within their professional role and scope.
