Providers – Refer Your Patient

For physicians and referring clinicians

How can Neuregen support your patient’s existing care?

We help people with care split across separate appointments by bringing clinical perspectives into one shared evaluation so that they can pursue a plan that makes sense as a whole.

Your patient’s recovery has stalled, and what remains crosses specialty lines.

You want a partner for the piece that is stuck, without handing off their care.

For physicians

Refer your patient

Neuregen is a parallel clinical pathway for patients whose recovery has stalled or whose problems cross traditional specialty lines. We don't compete with conventional medicine — we collaborate with it.

Neurologists, rheumatologists, family physicians, internists, chiropractors and other specialists refer their patients to us for the piece of care that is stuck, and their patients stay under their care.

Our lane

We're not asking you to hand off your patient's care — we're asking you to consider us for the piece that's genuinely stalled. Our lane is rehabilitation: identifying what's still standing in the way of recovery across seven interacting systems, and building a sequenced plan to address it — sometimes with tools your practice already uses, sometimes with tools that sit outside a typical scope. We'll keep you in the loop, we default to the lowest-risk option that can move things forward, and we escalate only when the evidence and the patient's course support it.

What we do, in clinical terms

Most of this site is written for patients. For referring clinicians, this is Neuregen in clinical language: an integrative neurorehabilitation clinic for complex brain and nervous-system recovery.

  • A systems-based diagnostic clinic

A structured evaluation across seven interacting domains — neural networks, autonomic regulation, immune and neuroinflammatory function, brain energy and metabolic health, structural and peripheral inputs, psychological flexibility, and social and environmental context — asking what is still standing in the way of recovery, and in what order to address it.

  • Integrative neurorehabilitation at the center

Rehabilitation is our home discipline: functional neurology assessment, vestibular-oculomotor and cognitive rehabilitation, physical therapy and autonomic retraining, sequenced with the medical side of the plan.

  • Integrative psychiatry and interventional options

Psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, medication management, ketamine therapy and stellate ganglion block, delivered by psychiatry-trained clinicians inside the same rehabilitation plan.

  • Emerging therapies, labeled by indication

Therapeutic plasma exchange, EBOO, regenerative and biologic injections and neuromodulation are considered only where indicated, each labeled by the evidence for the specific indication, from established to investigational.

We default to the simplest, lowest-risk intervention that can move a domain forward, and escalate to interventional care only when the evidence and the patient's course support it.

Our core therapies, in clinical terms

  • Integrative Psychiatry

Psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, medication management and interventional options such as ketamine and stellate ganglion block, coordinated with neurologic and autonomic rehabilitation.

  • Stellate Ganglion Block

An ultrasound-guided sympathetic block used to interrupt sustained sympathetic overactivity, applied within a structured autonomic-regulation program rather than as a standalone anesthesiology procedure.

  • Therapeutic Plasma Exchange

An apheresis-based exchange that reduces circulating inflammatory mediators, pathogenic antibodies, and immune complexes — an established therapy in select autoimmune neurologic disease, and an emerging tool in our practice for Alzheimer's, mold-related neurologic illness, and post-viral neuroinflammatory presentations, always clearly labeled by evidence level.

  • EBOO / EBO2

An extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation protocol positioned as metabolic and brain-energy support — offered as an investigational adjunct within a broader rehabilitation plan, not as a standalone longevity procedure.

  • Ketamine Therapy

Sub-anesthetic ketamine, delivered within a psychiatrically integrated program — paired, where appropriate, with autonomic and structural rehabilitation rather than offered as an isolated infusion.

Stellate ganglion block

Referring a patient for SGB

Stellate ganglion block is usually performed by anesthesiology and pain physicians, for pain. At Neuregen it is used mainly for PTSD, anxiety and sleep, overseen by psychiatry-trained clinicians who understand trauma, and always as one step in a coordinated plan with follow-up. If you are considering SGB for a patient, refer them here and we will keep you informed.

What happens after a referral

  1. 1

    Strategy Consultation

Your patient meets with our clinical team for a focused clinical conversation — a real evaluation of history, symptoms, and what has been tried. This is a genuine clinical meeting, not a sales call.

  2. 2

    Baseline assessment

Domain-relevant assessment is scoped to the 7 Domains the intake suggests are involved — standardized questionnaires, autonomic testing, labs review, or imaging review as indicated.

  3. 3

    Individualized plan

We build a sequenced treatment plan: the simplest, lowest-risk intervention that can move each involved domain forward. Advanced interventional therapies (SGB, ketamine, TPE, EBOO) are included only where evidence and clinical course support them.

  4. 4

    Reporting back

We keep your practice in the loop. Where appropriate, clinical summaries and findings are shared with referring providers — we are a parallel pathway, not a handoff.

Evidence labeling

Each therapy page labels the evidence for the specific indication it discusses, because the same therapy can be established for one indication and investigational for another. We distinguish established clinical practice from emerging evidence from investigational use — so you know exactly what you're referring your patient to.
