Start with what life feels like now

How can you check the evidence behind a treatment?

We help people with questions about whether another treatment is worthwhile by explaining evidence alongside individual findings so that they can weigh the options with realistic expectations.

How we look at the whole picture

A treatment may sound promising, but you want to know what has actually been studied and what remains uncertain.

You need room to ask about risks, alternatives and the possibility that an option will not help.

You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. Start with what has changed and what you want to be able to do again.

The 7 Domains of Recovery™

Your symptoms may belong in the same conversation.

The seven domains organize the assessment; they do not establish that a particular treatment will work. Each proposed option still needs its own evidence and suitability review.

Neuregen's proprietary 7 Domains of Recovery framework organizes that conversation around seven connected parts of your life and health. We consider all seven, then focus the evaluation on the questions your history raises.

Explore our clinical framework
  1. 1Brain function & neural networks

What has changed in your memory, concentration, balance or sensory tolerance?

  2. 2Autonomic & nervous system regulation

What happens when you stand, move, rest or encounter stress?

  3. 3Immune function & neuroinflammation

What immune history, reactions or symptoms need a closer look?

  4. 4Brain energy & metabolic health

What affects your energy through the day and after activity?

  5. 5Structure, stability & body-to-brain signals

How do pain, posture, movement and stability affect what you can do?

  6. 6Psychological flexibility & behavioral recovery

How are mood, stress and patterns of coping affecting your day?

  7. 7Life, relationships & environment

What demands, relationships and support shape your recovery?

A plan starts with the things you want to do again.

We begin with the problem you want help with. After reviewing the findings, we discuss the evidence, risks, alternatives and what would make us reconsider a recommendation.

  1. 01

Tell us what you want your life to look like

We start with what has changed, what you have tried, and the activities you most want to return to.

  2. 02

Answer the questions the history leaves open

We review prior reports and select relevant assessments. You should understand what each assessment is meant to clarify.

  3. 03

Agree on the priorities and the first steps

We discuss the findings, possible approaches, costs and practical constraints. The plan sets an order that fits your situation.

  4. 04

Check what changes and adjust together

We compare your response with the starting point, including daily function. If something is not helping, we discuss what needs to change.

Only then do we discuss which therapies, if any, belong in your plan. The choice depends on the findings, the evidence, your preferences and how you respond.

Research & Evidence

How Neuregen reads and labels evidence

Neuregen offers some of the most promising emerging therapies in neurorehabilitation. It also has a clinical obligation to be honest about what the evidence actually shows. Every modality and indication carries an explicit evidence-level label — not because it is required, but because it is the right thing to do.

  • Multi-Domain Evaluation
  • Cross-Trained, Provider-Led Care
  • One Integrated Recovery Plan
  • Rehabilitation Throughout
  • Clear Evidence, Honest Guidance, Shared Decisions
  • Transparent Fees
"Promising does not mean proven. Promising deserves serious investigation."

The scale below makes that uncertainty visible. A plausible mechanism is different from evidence that a treatment helps people with a specific condition. Study quality, clinical outcomes, risks and alternatives all matter; a rating for one use does not transfer automatically to another.

The five levels of evidence

These are Neuregen’s evidence labels, from strong clinical support to uses that remain investigational. A label always describes one therapy used for one condition: the same therapy can be well supported for one condition and investigational for another.

Our Evidence Levels

Each level describes the evidence for a particular treatment and use. It does not guarantee a specific outcome or indicate FDA approval.

Our evidence levels and what they mean
Level 1StrongMultiple high-quality studies consistently support meaningful benefit for this use. Results are unlikely to change substantially with additional research.Typical evidence: High-quality systematic reviews or meta-analyses, multiple strong randomized controlled trials, and well-established guidelines.
Level 2ModerateGood clinical evidence supports benefit, but important uncertainty remains about magnitude, patient selection, long-term outcomes, or generalizability.Typical evidence: Randomized trials with limitations, consistent prospective studies, and moderate-certainty systematic reviews.
Level 3EmergingEarly clinical studies suggest potential benefit, but the evidence is not yet strong or consistent enough for confident conclusions.Typical evidence: Small randomized trials, prospective cohorts, observational studies, and pilot studies.
Level 4PreliminaryEvidence is limited to small studies, case series, retrospective data, or indirect clinical evidence. Benefit remains uncertain.Typical evidence: Case series, retrospective cohorts, uncontrolled studies, and indirect evidence.
Level 5InvestigationalThere is biological rationale or very early clinical evidence, but efficacy for this use has not been established.Typical evidence: Case reports, early feasibility studies, preclinical evidence, and mechanistic reasoning.

Some care pages also use Established to describe an established clinical use. That label is not an automatic Level 1 or Level 2 rating; the strength of evidence must be reviewed for the specific indication.

How Neuregen reads evidence

Evidence is evaluated at the level of the specific modality and the specific indication — not at the level of a general effect or a related use. TPE being established for classic autoimmune neurologic disease does not make it established for every neurologic application. SGB's anesthesiology literature does not automatically extend to every autonomic indication.

Neuregen distinguishes what the evidence says from what would be desirable to claim. Where the evidence is emerging or investigational, Neuregen offers the therapy with explicit disclosure, no outcome guarantees, and full informed consent — and labels it honestly on every page where it appears.

This is the same standard applied in the most rigorous integrative medicine and clinical research settings. It is also the single strongest credibility move available in a market where many clinics either overstate certainty or avoid the evidence question altogether.

This standard is not borrowed. Dr. George has designed, deployed, and managed clinical trials, including direct interaction with the FDA, and is a named author on published randomized, placebo-controlled trials. He co-founded Nocira, whose migraine device was the first in its category to receive the FDA’s Breakthrough Device designation, and is a named inventor on 40+ international patents. The evidence labels on this site are read by someone who has produced evidence, not only consumed it. The same rigor that earned FDA Breakthrough Device recognition for a medical device is applied to every therapy Neuregen offers.
