Start with what life feels like now

When does an IV therapy have a clear clinical purpose?

We help people with fatigue, dizziness or brain fog by examining the systems involved together so that they can work toward the activities they miss.

How we look at the whole picture
Illustrative portrait of an older man pausing at home.

You used to run for miles. Now a short walk, a workday or a trip to the store can leave you exhausted.

You have seen different specialists, but you still need someone to explain how the pieces fit together.

You do not need to know which treatment to ask for. Start with what has changed and what you want to be able to do again.

The 7 Domains of Recovery™

Your symptoms may belong in the same conversation.

A racing heart, poor sleep, neck pain and trouble concentrating can affect the same day. The seven-domain approach asks how those problems interact, rather than assuming each belongs in a separate appointment.

Neuregen's proprietary 7 Domains of Recovery framework organizes that conversation around seven connected parts of your life and health. We consider all seven, then focus the evaluation on the questions your history raises.

Explore our clinical framework
  1. 1Brain function & neural networks

What has changed in your memory, concentration, balance or sensory tolerance?

  2. 2Autonomic & nervous system regulation

What happens when you stand, move, rest or encounter stress?

  3. 3Immune function & neuroinflammation

What immune history, reactions or symptoms need a closer look?

  4. 4Brain energy & metabolic health

What affects your energy through the day and after activity?

  5. 5Structure, stability & body-to-brain signals

How do pain, posture, movement and stability affect what you can do?

  6. 6Psychological flexibility & behavioral recovery

How are mood, stress and patterns of coping affecting your day?

  7. 7Life, relationships & environment

What demands, relationships and support shape your recovery?

A plan starts with the things you want to do again.

Bring the story of what changed: what you could do before, what you can do now, and what happens afterward. We review that alongside your prior evaluations and choose assessments that answer the remaining questions.

  1. 01

Tell us what you want your life to look like

We start with what has changed, what you have tried, and the activities you most want to return to.

  2. 02

Answer the questions the history leaves open

We review prior reports and select relevant assessments. You should understand what each assessment is meant to clarify.

  3. 03

Agree on the priorities and the first steps

We discuss the findings, possible approaches, costs and practical constraints. The plan sets an order that fits your situation.

  4. 04

Check what changes and adjust together

We compare your response with the starting point, including daily function. If something is not helping, we discuss what needs to change.

Only then do we discuss which therapies, if any, belong in your plan. The choice depends on the findings, the evidence, your preferences and how you respond.

Personalized IV Therapies

Nutrient and hydration infusions prescribed from your labs and coordinated with your plan, never a standalone menu.

When an infusion belongs in the plan

An infusion bypasses the gut. That matters when absorption is impaired, when a documented deficit needs faster correction than oral supplements allow, or when a patient cannot tolerate oral intake. Volume support has a separate rationale: in some dysautonomia presentations, intravenous fluid is used episodically to expand blood volume while the underlying autonomic plan takes effect. In every case the decision starts with a finding on the assessment or the labs, not with a request for a drip.

This page lists no formulations because the formulation follows the labs. Neuregen does not market infusions for energy, immunity, hangovers, or general wellness, and does not run a menu of named cocktails. The published evidence for IV nutrient therapy is uneven: strong for correcting specific documented deficiencies, weak or absent for most wellness claims. Neuregen labels the practice as emerging for that reason.

Infusions are prepared under sterile technique, reviewed against your medication list and allergy history, and monitored during administration. The escalation principle applies here as everywhere: oral repletion and dietary change come first, and an infusion is added only when they are not enough.

Every plan starts from the same map: the 7 Domains of Recovery.

How it fits your plan

An IV option is considered only when the history and relevant findings support a specific reason for it. We discuss alternatives and review whether it is still needed as the plan progresses.

Interest in a regenerative therapy is a reason to ask questions, not evidence that it fits your condition. We connect any proposed option to the evaluation, review established alternatives and distinguish research mechanisms from demonstrated clinical benefit.

We review your history, explain the findings, agree on next steps and check how you respond.

Potential Therapies

We use established medicine where it works, and emerging medicine where it makes sense.

These are options to discuss after evaluation, not a predetermined treatment plan. Each label refers to the condition or indication described beside that therapy; evidence can differ for another use. An evidence label does not mean FDA approval.

  • Lab-directed nutrient repletion (IV)Evidence: Emerging

Correction of a documented deficit when oral repletion is too slow or poorly absorbed

  • IV hydration and volume support within an autonomic planEvidence: Emerging

Episodic volume expansion in selected dysautonomia presentations; not a routine or standing order

  • Metabolic support adjunctsEvidence: Investigational

Added only where the assessment identifies a metabolic target; offered with explicit informed consent

Where the evidence stands

Correcting a documented nutrient deficiency by infusion is standard medicine. Broader claims for IV nutrient therapy in fatigue, cognition, or immune function are not supported by controlled trials. Neuregen limits IV use to lab-identified targets and labels it emerging.

Neuregen is an out-of-network specialty clinic. Most therapies listed here are not covered by insurance; we provide itemized documentation you can submit to your insurer, and we tell you before any therapy which parts, if any, are typically reimbursed.

Financing options are reviewed at your Strategy Consultation before any plan is finalized.

The training behind this care

Neuregen considers regenerative options within a rehabilitation plan, with condition-specific evidence labels and upfront discussion of experimental status. The purpose is to decide whether an option belongs in your care at all.

Dr. David George: Board certifications and training in functional neurology, integrative psychiatry, and mental health; certified brain injury specialist.

Training most relevant to this area

  • NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • Ultrasound-guided neural hydrodissection and neural prolotherapy (perineural injection therapy)
  • Ultrasound-guided joint injections and nerve blocks

Frequently asked questions

Can I book an IV without a consultation?

No. Every infusion at Neuregen follows an assessment and laboratory review. There is no walk-in or standalone IV service.

What is in the infusion?

That depends on your labs. The formulation is written for the deficit or target the assessment identified, checked against your medications and allergies, and explained to you before it is scheduled. Neuregen does not publish a menu because the contents are not the same from one patient to the next.

Will an IV give me more energy?

If fatigue is driven by a documented deficiency, correcting it can help. If it is not, an infusion will not change it. Neuregen does not sell energy infusions; the plan targets the cause the assessment found.

Is IV therapy safe with my medications?

Your full medication and supplement list is reviewed before any infusion is prescribed, and certain combinations rule an infusion out. Bring an up-to-date list to your consultation.

Persistent pain or reduced function may already be changing how you spend your days. A consultation can help you compare options and unanswered questions; there is no deadline to choose an experimental treatment.
