How your fees are determined
Blood rehabilitation at Neuregen is a clinician-directed plan, not a menu of standalone procedures. That means the fee for a TPE or EBOO plan is determined by what belongs in your plan — and that determination cannot be made before we review your history.
The three factors that most influence cost:
Number of sessions in the plan
We determine the number of sessions after a full medical review based on the underlying condition, indication, and clinical presentation. Neuregen does not state session counts before that review.
Replacement fluid
For TPE, replacement fluid (typically albumin) is a variable cost that depends on the protocol for your indication. The specific fluid used is part of what we determine at the medical review.
Labs required
Lab work before and during treatment is required for safe monitoring. The specific labs depend on your indication and health history. These are included in the written estimate provided at the strategy consultation.
Out-of-network specialty clinic
Neuregen is an out-of-network specialty clinic. Patients are responsible for fees at the time of service. Insurance does not typically cover the extracorporeal blood therapies offered in the blood rehabilitation program. All fees are quoted in writing at the strategy consultation before any commitment is made.
The strategy consultation is where the process starts — a real clinical conversation, not a sales call. If Neuregen is a clinical fit, we then conduct a full medical review and provide the specific plan and fees in writing.
